Wow I'm sure you hear it all the time but this week went by SO fast, I can't believe it's already PDAY again! As always I hope y'all are doing well, I miss y'äll lots and I think of you guys often, you're in my thoughts and prayers :)
(Also sorry there's not gonna be too many details and things because most of our week was planning the baptism)
UPDATES:
🤍 OUR FRIEND WAS BAPTIZED THIS PAST FRIDAY ON HER BIRTHDAY! I talked about it a bit last week but she really is one of the elect, she's truly amazing and just such a joyful person, I was so blessed to be able to teach her and be uplifted by her!
🤍 New referral, which for those that don't know what that means...it just means that someone filled out a request online to meet with us. As you can probably imagine referrals can be dead ends HOWEVER we talked to a very nice lady who told us she was looking for peace and happiness in her life and she felt like we could help...WHICH OF COURSE WE CAN! That was honestly such a miracle and I'm super excited to meet with her!
🤍 Street contacting! Guys miracles really are all over this week, there were people outside and on the streets of Old Rauma! We didn't have too much success, but we had some nice conversations and that's always a success.
Spiritual Thought:
As a missionary, and even before I was missionary, I would always get so frustrated when I would be trying so hard to make improvements, and it felt like I was stuck in an endless loop I couldn't escape. So if you've ever felt that way you're in the best of company haha. But during my studies this week I finally think I've figured it out!? I read a talk called *Humble to Accept and Follow* and he talks about having humility and realizing that we can't do it on our own, but I'd rather say, we SHOULDN'T do it alone! God wants so badly to help us and so the way we can progress to become the people we want to be and overcome these weaknesses is to do what we can and then pray and trust God makes up the difference. He can work those miracles and help us make the changes we want to make! He can give us promptings through His spirit and when we follow the prompting then BOOM we're on that road to improvement then we continue this process and improve *line upon line*. Becoming like God and Jesus Christ DOESN'T happen overnight (turns out there's a good reason people say that...) it happens as we make small constant efforts! I'll link below a song that really helped me with this idea and the talk I read. I would invite y'all to at the very least listen to the words of the song. Realize that God sees every effort you make and He knows your heart. He'll take care of you, trust Him. 🙏

💙 Made chicken tetrazzini WHICH WAS SO YUMMY because there's no cream of mushroom here BUT there was some in the apartment !!
💙 Today for PDAY we're going to Laavu, which is basically a place in the woods to make a fire and hangout
💙 Bought a new dress, hehe, now me and Sisar Wynn can twin :)
💙 Guys the sun doesn't go down until like 11pm at least!?!
💙 THE WEATHER WAS SO BEAUTIFUL YESTERDAY ! Europe Bob Summer is almost here I can feel it.....
