 SPIRITUAL THOUGHT❤️‍🔥

Deuteronomy 7:9 "Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;"

I love this description of God, or our Heavenly Father. He is faithful in the way that he has faith and trust in us. He waits to bless us, and He wants us to choose the right way, that is found in His perfect Son Jesus Christ, because He knows that is the only way we can be happy forever. His covenants bind us to the greatest source of joy, perhaps this also means we go through some of our greatest trails...but God doesn't give you a trial He doesn't believe and know that you will overcome. He will give you opportunities/trials that are meant to help you progress. It's not an easy thing, but we aren't designed to stay where we are, we have infinite potentials only a loving Father knows how to unlock. Trust in Him. He trusts and loves you more than you can know!

Guys, yesterday was easily one of the best birthdays of my life. A huge THANK YOU to all these amazing people around me who made it such a special day!! They even gave me my favorite: broccoli🥦🥹 AND gosh so many other amazing things, a member made me this awesome cake:


Shoutout to member JJ‼️ Not only did he make a parody of my favorite song BUT I got to play a "live guitar" featuring the lovely district here in Turku

UPDATES🎂
-Journyed on a frozen river and made a swag new drágám Hungarian friend🇭🇺 
-Lesson with our favorite Arabic couple featuring 3 different desserts!🧁🍰🍧
-Lesson with our swag finnish friend at a cat cafe🐈‍⬛🐈
-Met an absolute baddie from France🇫🇷 
I love the energy she brings to the function 
-Faced my fears and talked to someone on a bus🙌🙌 
-got to visit another church congregation and join in praising Jesus Christ🩷

All is well, I love it here in Finland and Turku. I'm gonna ball my eyes out when I have to leave my baby here BUT we aren't talking about that. 🫂🫂 

In other news, I smell like forest and probably will for the foreseeable future because we went to the forest for laavu🔥🌳🌲 (free "fire spots" that are all around Finland in the woods) SPEAKING OF I'm so excited for Friday because we get to do service chopping wood in the forest for a member!! Kiitos vanhimmille🙏

 HAUKKUMINEN  It was super funny we got an airfryer at mission tour, our mission is in the process of getting them out to all the missionaries! They're super handy for making food fast which is such a blessing as a busy missionary BUT what was funny is that we had to carry this huge airfryer box all the way back home on public transport and stuff and someone said "(the title of this email) =Congratulations on the Airfryer!" It made me giggle.  PÄIVITYKSET  🔥 Mission Tour! aka the area president and his wife spoke with half of the missionaries in the mission and it was SO powerful. I had gone into "mission tour" wanting to know that the Lord was aware of me and the very first talk given by our lovely sister mission president (the wife of our mission president, she loves to say there is two mission presidents including herself haha I love her) talked about something I have been struggling with for a long time now. I jus wanna let you know, I'm proud 🧖‍♀️

 Moi!  Well for starters...I MADE IT TO FINLAND!! My trainer is the absolute best and I feel so so lucky, her name is Sisar Wynn :) And I'm in a town called Rauma!! Its very beautiful, especially Vanha (old) Rauma-basically very cute and European  Per usual I'll get into some updates, spiritual thought, and some fun shoutouts haha  I hope everyone is doing well, I'm praying for yall and as always I'd love some emails sent my way... (I might not always have the time to respond-but I do read them !!) Also I miss my district/branch MTC peoples SO BAD RAHHHH so just know I pray for yall daily 🙏  Updates: 🤍 Our friend L wants to be baptized THIS FRIDAY !! She has such strong faith and we're meeting with her everyday to make her baptism possible. It's sometimes a little hard to understand each other, because she's from Romania and doesn't speak the best English BUT we always feel the spirit so strong when we meet with her  🤍 First Sunday in Finland !! Hiya everyone, this is my mom. (trainer)  Her name is Sister Wynn, she's going home this week and I am going to miss her so much. She has been such an example to me, from day 1, of Christlike love and charity. I love you Wynn!  But in other news, transfers are in a week. A WEEK! I swear the transfers just feel faster and faster and before I know it I'm going to be back home-so wild to think about.  Yay for Finnish boxing-day and celebrating Christmas for 3 days! We have so many lovely members who are gonna take us in during the holiday, AND my comp and I did some fun christmas things for each other too. We also had a Christmas Conference and I got to sing some songs! (serious shoutout to Aimee and being my inspiration to sing My Grown Up Christmas List)  But with it being Christmas time I think it appropriate to share a special spiritual thought focusing on the greatest gift of them all: Our dear savior and friend, Jesus Christ.  This Child divine...
